Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Orders will ship weekly!

Tracking:
All orders include tracking and up to $100 insurance. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Note:
We recommend choosing Priority Mail® for faster delivery and added protection for larger orders.

🔁 Returns & Store Credit

We DO NOT offer refunds, but we’re happy to provide store credit for eligible returns, with the following conditions:

🕒 Notice Period

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order to report any issues or request a return. After 48 hours, returns are no longer eligible for store credit.

✅ Return Eligibility

– Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
– Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

📦 How to Request Store Credit

1. Contact us within 48 hours at neighborhoodpoliticz614@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the shipping address.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), you’ll receive a store credit code via email within 3–5 business days. Important Notes:
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
– Store credit will be issued as a digital code and can be applied to any future order.
